Maintains pricing of all convenience store products in pricebook to include implementation of promotions, new product entries and changes in retail pricing
Delete discontinued items from pricebook
Push updates to store on all changes
Troubleshoot issues with merchandise not scanning and resolve
Reviews invoices for accuracy and accepts invoices submitted through scanning from each store daily
Process paperwork from stores weekly, remove coupons and submit to Controller for payment processing
Assist with the processing and booking of inventories monthly. Identify adjustments needed and submit necessary adjustments through pricebook
Maintain a promotion calendar monthly
Maintain vendor deliveries schedule
Assist with any promotion activities as designated
Maintain vendor meeting schedule
Maintain deli cost on count sheets
Maintain accuracy on deli items in pricebook
Work closely with auditing team to streamline processes and maintain accuracy of information
. Act as a back up to auditor as required
Any other duties as assigned by manager
High school graduate or equivalent
Pricebook retail experience is a plus
Be able to multi-task
People oriented and customer service driven
