Order office and kitchen supplies
Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency Requirements - Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detailed and have the ability work independently
Incoming phone call management skills required
Comprehensive knowledge of Directs Incoming Calls
Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
