Location: Durham, NC 27703 (Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractPrimary Function of Position: Assist with the Production Order Management and Inventory Control activities within Service Operations.

SAP Experience is REQUIRED.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for work order management and processing i.e. goods movement transactions, configuration issues, variances and month-end activities• Supports resolving RMA/production errors with minimal disruption • Supports closure of quality notification tasks• Assists with maintaining material master data integrity• Assist in tracking/expediting material shortages• Assist in managing control cycles, kanban and bin sizing for internal material replenishment• Recognize and illuminate process improvements• Support Ad hoc requests

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training: • Associates degree preferred and 1+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience• Understanding of general manufacturing practices preferred.• Understanding of business information systems, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications• Inventory, change order and work order management experience a plus• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills• Motivated, enthusiastic and a team player
