HR Generalist

Description We are searching for a HR Generalist to be a part of our team located in Durham, North Carolina. In this role, you will be managing onboarding and offboarding processes, administering employee benefit programs, and maintaining accurate employee records among other responsibilities. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Facilitate the recruitment process, including the creation of job descriptions and conducting interviews. Ensure smooth transitions for employees by managing both onboarding and offboarding processes. Respond to inquiries related to employee benefit programs and administer the same. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, making certain of compliance with employment laws and regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related questions or concerns. Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring all HR documentation is legally compliant. Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs on HR-related topics. Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Use tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for various HR functions.
