Job Title: Assistant Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.

Support the Project Manager in resolving any project-related challenges or delays.

Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in project management or a similar role within the electrical industry.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in commercial ground-up projects.

Work Environment:

This is a 5 days a week in-office position with occasional field visits to check progress of projects

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
