Work with management to address all aspects of commodity management, including procurement support, commodity business plans, market trends assessment, pricing, and product availability.The Day-to-Day:Manage internal/external supplier relationships for assigned commodityUnderstand market dynamicsDevelop and execute long term commodity strategyManage and prioritize cost reduction programs and business continuity effortsLead contract negotiationsExecute RFP/RFQs as necessaryOversight of supplier forecasting activitiesThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):Bachelor of Science Degree5+ years of experience in Supplier Management/ProcurementKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturingThis position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.To put it legally – Wolfspeed is an equal opportunity employer.
