Credit Analyst

Assess credit worthiness of applicants (mortgage and other credit products) through undertaking detailed risk assessment analysis on clients, security/property and lending applicationsEnsure that procedures and decisions comply with credit policy and best practice standardsMotivate and support decisions through the analysis of financial information such as bank statements, financial statements and management accountsProvide quality service to internal customers and liaise with other staff within the company, such as sales managers, further lending staff, unsecured lending staff and registrations officersStay informed about the legal, compliance and market – risk-related issues involved in the approval of creditProvide regular feedback on the submission of loan applications to management
