We boldly go.Job Summary:The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of marketing and communications projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, organization/prioritization, and communication.Responsibilities:Tradeshow and Event Coordination (LSS) – 40%

Registration, planning, service coordination, and shipping for all national tradeshows/events held by LSS businesses (FARRAR/Helmer/DLR)

Identify, assemble, coordinate materials and equipment shipments to tradeshows; support development of new tradeshow assets as directed.

Coordinate pre/post-show email lists (and other pre/post show customer promotion), event packs, and booth assignments and schedules

Management of Matrix tradeshow portal; includes ensuring assets, literature, and promotional items are available to support national and regional tradeshow needs.

Marketing Campaign and Promotional Material Support – 45%

Support the generation of commercial target customer lists used for digital and sales enablement programs as directed.

Monitor CRM opportunities to ensure accurate capture of marketing programs and campaigns to help support KPI reporting and ROI analysis. Pull reports from CRM and Business Intelligence tools as directed.

Support key lead generation and sales enablement projects aligned with overall marketing strategy and commercial revenue targets as directed.

Manage marketing image library, marketing literature, and promotional items; ensure access and inventory to support and distribute according to sales and marketing needs.

Coordinate production requirements with third-party contractors or internal resources; includes development of new marketing assets including photography, videos, printed collateral, tradeshow assets, etc.

Other Marketing Support: - 15%

Track and monitor department budgets; log marketing expenses into departmental expense tracker, compare and analyze actual results versus budget plan and provide monthly reports to Marketing Leaders.

Support marketing team with various competitor intelligence and macro-market research projects.

Support compliance with LSS, FARRAR, Helmer, and DLR brand guidelines; supply approved templates, logos, graphics, etc. to suppliers, distributors/dealers, sales team, and other internal departments.

Other responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field. 1-3 years’ experience preferred.

Base Pay Range: $39,00-56,400We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
