Part Time Service Advisor

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Part Time Service Advisor in Concord, North Carolina. This role primarily involves interacting with customers, processing their requests, and building strong relationships within the service industry. Responsibilities: Engage with customers and aid them with their inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries to ensure a positive service experience Document services that the customer has declined and follow-up on future service considerations Keep customers informed about the completion times, service expenses, and any potential changes Manage the delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to ensure all their concerns are addressed Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing excellent customer service Schedule appointments for customers and manage email correspondence professionally. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Prior experience in a call center, providing exceptional customer service Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy Excellent skills in email correspondence, demonstrating professionalism and appropriate etiquette Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Ability to schedule appointments effectively, considering the preferences and availability of all involved parties Commitment to providing high-quality customer service, resolving queries and issues promptly Ability to work part-time, adhering to the schedule provided by the company.
