Description We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team based in Concord, North Carolina. This role encompasses a broad range of accounting functions, from processing customer applications to maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This opportunity provides an exciting platform to showcase your skills in the use of accounting software systems, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting cash flow analysis.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. Maintain precise customer credit records. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy. Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain precise financial records. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary financial data for reporting purposes. Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and practices. Provide support for payroll processing and ensure compliance with related regulations. Assist with sales tax processing and ensure compliance with state and local tax regulations. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Public Accounting Proven expertise in Accounting Software Systems. Proficiency in Computerized Accounting System. Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management. Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Functions. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) independently. Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget. Knowledge and experience in Cash Flow Analysis. Experience in preparing Individual Tax Return. Experience in preparing Corporate Tax Return.
