We are seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Inhouse Consultant to join our dynamic team in Syracuse, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our global Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM. As a key member of our HR technology team, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and innovation in our HR processes worldwide.Configure, maintain, and ensure system quality of the Workday HCM system, including data error analysis, data integrity checks, and first-level support for HR end-usersManage HR-specific tools (e.g., Culture Amp, SmartRecruiters), including interface monitoring, user administration, and technical supportAnalyze existing HR processes and data flows, identifying optimization opportunities and gathering requirements in collaboration with HR stakeholdersImplement and continuously develop HR-specific requirements in Workday and other HR systems, integrating business processes with IT solutions for sustainable process optimizationParticipate in international HR digitization projects, supporting rollouts, testing new system features, and managing technical integration into existing HR processesDevelop and conduct training sessions for HR users, document system processes, and communicate best practices and trends from new Workday releasesCollaborate with external application management partners (AMS) and international teams to ensure seamless system operationsProvide process and system consulting to HR departments, translating business requirements into effective system solutionsMonitor and manage system interfaces and authorization processes across the global HR technology landscape
