All while understanding that together we are even better.Schedule: Full TimeShift Days Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pmLocation: 600 HOSPITAL DRIVE, SUITE 10, Clyde, 28721The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, breast center surgeries, referrals performed at the hospitals, physician’s offices, hospice and home health agencies. Perform other secretarial/clerical/clinical duties.The value you’ll bring to the team:· Schedule all physician office visits, lab and chemotherapy appointments.· Schedule any needed appointments and/or referrals for existing patients as needed. Ensure patient records are sent to appropriate outside agencies as needed for referrals.· Provide patient with any pre-appointment special instructions.· Contact hospital to schedule patient surgery time per physician instructions.· Ensure required testing and appointments are finalized prior to next appointment date or surgery.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:· High school diploma or equivalent required· 1 year medical office experience requiredThis facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
