THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain Management, or equivalent years' in IT or Supply Chain functional role
  • 5+ years in project management role in the Manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • Strong background implementing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large enterprise environments
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Project Management and/or support large complex ERP projects through the full project life cycle.
  • Expert at leading projects, change management, proactive in problem resolution.
  • Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong relationship building, verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting to different levels in the organization, across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic business mindset, conflict resolution abilities, timely decision making, and change management expertise.
  • Highly collaborative and team oriented.
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, multi-tasker, set priorities, complete tasks, and meet deadlines and within budget with minimal supervision, and ability to work through ambiguity.
