Position Summary: Deciphera is seeking an experienced business and people leader to drive results for its commercial products, QINLOCK® and Vimseltinib. The Regional Business Director will lead a regional sales team of seven oncology territory managers, build and execute strategic plans, and collaborate with Market Access and Medical field teams to meet customer needs and help patients with GIST.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing oncology sales team.Partner with cross-functional commercial partners.Develop and execute regional business plans.Identify customer needs and marshal resources.Provide feedback on commercial plans and contribute to field success.Establish a culture of accountability and achievement.Meet and exceed business objectives through strategic planning and collaboration.Invest in people development and continual improvement.Manage team operations and ensure compliance.
