What You'll Do:

The Applicant shall support the CH-53K Depot Capability Team at Fleet Readiness Center East by building and managing the Depot Capability Activation Plan (DCAP) databases using the Microsoft (MS) Suite, to include Project and OneNote.

Key Responsibilities:

The Applicant shall build/manage the Plans of Action and Milestones.

The Applicant shall build and manage aircraft components, engines, and Age Exploration Program-Depot databases.

Manage meeting notes and action items.

Qualifications

Required Experience: At least one (1) year of experience with MS Project, MS OneNote, and aircraft life-cycle (acquisition or sustaining) logistics.

Required Education / Certifications:

BS or BA degree.

Allowable Substitutions: (In addition to the required one (1) year of MS Project, MS OneNote, and aircraft logistics experience).

Associate degree plus an additional four (4) years of MS Project/MS OneNote, and aircraft logistics work experience that meets the experience requirements for a Junior Logistician.

High School Diploma/GED plus an additional six (6) years of MS Project/MS OneNote, and aircraft logistics work experience that meets the experience requirements for a Junior Logistician.

Experience:

Experienced in communicating with customers, employees, and corporate staff.

Experienced in the daily use of computers and computer software programs such as, but not limited Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS OneNote, MS Outlook, and Adobe.

Skills & Technology Used:

Knowledge of aviation supply/maintenance best practices.

Self-Starter.

Dependability.

Attention to detail.

Problem Solving.

Organizational Skills.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Adaptability.

Software:

Microsoft Office Suite- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Microsoft Project

SharePoint

Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.
