- 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of C# .NET, JavaScript, and Typescript, which you yourself used in developing web-based applications and console applications
- Fully proficient using Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for application development and debugging
- Experience using the M365 Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to produce assets used in production environment, used to assist with important business processes or operations
- Experience using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath Designer to produce assets used in production environment, used to assist with important business processes or operations
- Experience creating reports and dashboards with Excel Services and with SSRS
- Experience integrating and extending both SP Online (M365) and SP2016/2013
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint APIs, Graph API, and all SharePoint platforms' extensibility options.
- 2+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud computing technology
- Competency writing PowerShell and SharePoint PnP scripts
- Possesses expert knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online including the ability to design, develop, implement, and maintain custom pages, lists, forms, and views. Solutions may require some level of custom code development using HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Azure DevOps/GIT/GitHub experience
- 2+ years of Test-Driven Development, Unit Testing Frameworks experience
- Understanding of SharePoint farm architecture, services, features, site design, and best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 5 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Familiarity and experience working in Agile projects, Kanban or Scrum
- Ability to demonstrate and help others in how to build assets using the Power Platform and SPFX
- 2+ years of experience with SQL
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, Angular, React, and other libraries above
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and in person with both business partners and technical resources on highly collaborative teams
- The ability to build Single Page Apps, SharePoint Framework applications, and Extensions
- Proficiency in writing both technical and end user documentation
- 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in an information technology-related discipline
