Job Description Develop and update Technical documentation across the applications in ours spaceDevelop and update process workflows across the applications in our spaceCreate organization level documentation for Development, Testing, Release and other overarching development areasSupport cross-functional partners to problem solve and implement solutionsDevelop subject matter expertise for multi-faceted problems and deliver simplified solutionsFoster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders; establish strong partnerships to obtain desired resultsMaintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processesCreate process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT ServicesCollect and document of requirements for project, technical design and process design and process improvement/automation effortsFacilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use casesReview information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levelsDevelop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality Required SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsCritical thinkerCreative problem solverGreat analytical skillsData-driven approachExcel, Visio & Powerpoint experience preferred.Proven work experience in process engineering.Excellent technical skills.Knowledge of process-related standards.Experience in process simulations.Demonstrates a professional and cooperative attitude.Ability to analyze problems and respond quickly in a fast-paced, demanding environmentAnalytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
