Carolina Water Damage Restoration of Charlotte is looking to fill exclusive roles for subcontractors for the following trades, for interior remodeling/reconstruction work:
Plumbing - Minor Rough-In/Stub outs & Trim out work such as bathrooms/kitchens/water heaters etc.
HVAC - Smaller repairs such as removing and replacing flooded ducts, system evaluations, etc.
Electrical - Trim out work such as hanging fixtures/receptacles, evaluating breakers after nearby water damage etc.
Tile Floors - Mostly ceramic/porcelain some glass/natural stone. Looking for high end work with level tiles/tight joints and no chunks of grout left behind
Tile Showers - Looking for expertise in waterproofing application pre-tiling and perfect lay out execution/grout lines
Countertops - Looking for a crew experienced in detaching existing pieces with the intent to reuse after cabinet restoration AND new fabrication and installs.
Glass Installers - Looking for someone that excels in bathroom/shower glass installations (all frameless/semi/framed)
All other trades are encouraged to apply from insulation, drywall, cabinets, flooring, trim, paint, cleaners, etc
I PAY YOU AT COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
WE DISCUSS EACH PROJECT AND EACH PAYOUT BEFORE YOU WORK.
MY GOAL IS TO BUILD AN EXCLUSIVE LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH TRADESMAN.
