Are you a skilled professional ready to make an impact? Lakeside Repair Pros is looking for a dedicated Remodeling Subcontractor to join our expert team. Use your diverse skills to help us deliver top-quality residential and commercial reconstruction services.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and finish drywall and wallpaper.
Perform carpentry work, including framing and trim.
Install and repair tile, LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), and linoleum flooring.
Remodel bathrooms, including plumbing tasks.
Handle painting and surface preparation.
Conduct light electrical work (outlets, lights, and fans).
Maintain and promote on-the-job safety practices.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in multiple trades listed above.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Preferred experience with carpet installation (a plus).
