KIP Corporation is a General Contractor looking for a Project Manager/Estimator with GC Commercial Construction Sitework experience to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
The Project Manager/Estimator should have the knowledge and experience to prepare and read contracts and be able to do proposal estimates for all scopes of work for example (Sitework, Storm Water, Sewer and Concrete) including the interpretation of project plans and specifications to complete a full estimate of the work.
The Project Manager/Estimator would be responsible to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Must be able to apply their knowledge, and principles for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of the construction project.
The Project Manager/Estimator would be in charge of things like contracts, submittals, change orders, billings, and the project financial projections and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable manner. You must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans and contracts.
