Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plumber’s Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the plumbing trade. No prior experience is required — we provide full training. However, candidates must be dependable, able to drive company vehicles, and willing to work a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleanup at job sites
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed
Work extended hours (up to 50–60 hours/week) based on project needs
Requirements:
Valid and clean driver’s license (must be insurable)
Ability to drive and transport materials and tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Availability to work overtime and weekends when required
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Preferred (but not required):
Previous experience in construction or plumbing
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
