Advanced building has ongoing jobs surrounding the Charlotte “ 50 mile radius “ area and am looking for a highly skilled and very experienced foreman /remodeler /builder and a skilled laborer with a truck for ongoing variety of work .

Looking for a dependable and productive person that can produce quality work in a timely manner and also lead or help run jobs and a crew if needed . Could start out hourly and stay that way or could start subbing smaller or even bigger Jobs out to you. Every job is different, but have tons of work.i
I need no drama , no excuses , loyal , clean , preferably non smoking .
Individual that can talk to a homeowner with respect and be an asset to the company and not an embarrassment.
Please list any and all info about yourself, including what type of vehicle you have , all of your skills and years worked in which fields, and if you have equipment tools and a truck or not .
Job can either be 1099 or has employee with Worker’s Comp. and potentially healthcare.
Pays cash at the end of the day for the right person if needed until you earn my trust and then I could even sub some jobs to you. Let me know what I could try you out for hourly for a couple days and we could go from there.
