Maintenance Professional

UpKeep Maintenance LLC is a facilities maintenance company operating in the states of TN, GA, FL, AL, MS, VA, and NC/SC. We primarily work with retail facilities but have some commercial offices, convenience, fast-food and medical facilities as well. We are looking for an assistant maintenance technician who can help plumbing, electrical, some mechanical and general carpentry in the sites we support. This person has a hands-on, can-do attitude and can jump from replacing a toilet to fixing a door closer easily. Requires a clean criminal and driving record, at least 6 months of verifiable experience, good customer service skills and the ability to work as a team. Assistants will eventually become Techs with their own trucks. On call is required and a bonus is paid for afterhours and emergency calls. If this sounds like you, we welcome you to apply.
