Home improvement company active in four states and now moving into North Carolina. Looking for sub contractors and home repair technicians.
Our phone is ringing for all sorts of home repairs and construction projects, everything from swapping leaky faucets to full scale remodels and renovations. We need a senior home repair technician to run work tickets in Charlotte and all surrounding areas.
Will need to be a jack of all trades as we get calls for everything. Must be able to do drywall, tile, minor plumbing and electrical, roof repairs, painting and texturing, concrete etc.
Must have at least five years of construction experience in an assortment of repairs
Must have own vehicle and tools, ladders, etc.
Must be able to pass background check.
Part time to start with full time expected as we grow in this area
Must have at least a low level contractors license and basic contractors insurance or be willing to obtain both quickly upon starting (we will help with this process for the right individuals)
1099 position
Compensation
$40 per hour plus gas reimbursement each week
