TZ Clearing is looking for qualified professionals in the logging and clearing industry that can operate various logging and clearing machines such as knuckleboom loader, grapple skidder and/or rubber tire feller buncher.
Knuckleboom operator must be proficient in sorting wood to various specs for different mills, skidder position must be able to skid logs to the loader efficiently, top trees and carry off brush. Cutter operator must be able to cut trees and bunch together in a neat & efficient manner as well as hand cut trees safely if needed.
Safe operation of a chainsaw is a must! As many of the larger hardwood trees need to be hand topped or felled with a chainsaw.
CDL license is not required but is an advantage over candidates without.
Pay is based on experience.
40-50 hour work week when weather allows, paid vacation & holidays after 90 days. Equal opportunity. Contact us M-F 8am-5pm.
