Job Description:
As a Concrete Finisher and Laborer at, you will play a crucial role in the construction and finishing of various concrete projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting our experienced Concrete Finishers and assisting with various tasks on the job site to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Concrete Finisher Duties:
Expertly finish and texture concrete surfaces according to project specifications.
Use trowels, screeds, edgers, and other tools to achieve a smooth and level finish.
Apply curing compounds or protective sealers as needed.
Repair and patch concrete surfaces as required.
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Laborer Duties:
Support Concrete Finishers by mixing and delivering concrete, transporting materials, and preparing work areas.
Assist in setting up and dismantling concrete forms.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform various construction-related tasks under the guidance of supervisors.
Requirements:
Concrete Finisher:
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher with a minimum of [2 years] in concrete construction.
Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Skill in using concrete finishing tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Laborer:
