Salice America, Inc. is the U.S. headquarters for Italian made Salice products for the cabinet and furniture industry. We are seeking individuals with cabinet making experience to assist in our shop and warehouse. Duties would include, but not limited to cutting and assembly of mechanical sliding door systems hardware, assisting with construction of displays and models for trade shows and distributors, trade show set-up and break-down, pulling and crating of products for shipping, general maintenance of shop and equipment, etc. The ideal candidate would have experience planning and building cabinetry projects, and the ability to learn parts and mechanical systems quickly. Experience with the safe use of woodworking equipment, understanding and installation of cabinet hardware, and mechanical aptitude is needed. Candidates must be motivated, have a positive attitude, work well with others and be in good physical shape. Occasional heavy lifting is involved. Tasks can vary and be fast paced at times. Reliability is key! Pay is base on experience and aptitude. Employees can earn more with product knowledge and expanded duties in technical support. Advanced training of Salice products can be provided for the right candidate. This is a full-time position.
