- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Work with Project Managers to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards upon the completion of a sprint.
- Guide and develop teams to a higher understanding of the Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Help build a productive environment where team members are driven, accountable, and provide a quality project.
- Support the Project Mangers, provide education and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical of business discipline.
- Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of Scrum Master experience.
- Previous experience implementing Agile methodologies.
- Complete understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with database concepts.
- Experience working with analytics and reporting.
- Exposure to Cloud data integration and management.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Team-player with the ability to thrive within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach the team to achieve the highest potential.
- Creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
