You'll need to be professional and friendly when providing services as you assemble a plan that works for your clients. You'll offer your clients high-quality expert advice. You'll own your book of business from day one and work towards reaching promotions based on personal production while building a team.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance Licence

-Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses

- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling

- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations

- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' requirements

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients

- Knowledge of insurance sales techniques and best practices

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements

- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clientele

- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction

- Proficient in benefits administration and understanding different insurance plans

- Previous experience in retail sales or sales administration is beneficial

Pay: $57,074.00 - $127,842.00 per year
