Using strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
Establishing and growing customer relationships through various channels.
Providing exceptional client service and building trust.
Maintaining regular communication with clients.
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
Working with recruiters to find qualified candidates.
Understanding the needs of both clients and candidates.
Sales Performance:
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Tracking and reporting on sales performance.
Analyzing competitor tactics and growth strategies.
Other Responsibilities:
Designing recruitment advertisements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Participating in industry events and networking
