We are looking for remote agents that will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Responsibilities Include:

-Multi-task on phone while accessing computers to retrieve information.

-Assist callers with various questions, technical support and transferring calls to the correct dept. as needed. (These duties can vary depending on the client).

-Process Information: Obtain and verify customer information

-First-Call Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call

-Skills, & Experience Requirements: Exercise tact and good judgment when resolving customer issues, No other Experience needed

Understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions

Retain information quickly and adapt to the changing environment

Requirements

Must BE able to pass Voice Assessments
