We are looking for an experienced independent sales representative to join our digital marketing agency team. Our industry is growing and our services are in high demand. With us, you will be part of an exciting journey together with a small, driven, talented and agile team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of consultative sales experience, working independently and autonomously. They can successfully work a qualified leads list, filling their pipeline, build relationships, and close deals that are in the best interest of the customers needs. Experience with digital advertising sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be working autonomously and fully remote as an inside account executive.

All customer leads will be provided to you, so no prospecting is necessary.

The characteristics of the leads consist of doctors, therapists such as physical therapists, speech therapists etc. who own their own private practice.

You will be offering a comprehensive digital marketing package that is designed to optimize and scale their private practice with focus on new patient generation.

With your understanding of digital marketing and advertising, your sense of customer value and ability to build relationships, you will be able to drive sales independently.

Outreach to prospects via phone, sms and email several times is a must as most practice owners are challenging to reach due to the nature of their business and time schedule. You will make up to 300 dials a week to build the momentum needed to hit your sales goals.

Book sales appointments, conduct strategic discovery and advisory sales pitch, send proposals, follow up and close/win new business.

Overcome objections and negotiating advertising solutions while building trust with prospects to understand their needs.

About you

Have experience in relationship building, earning trust and credibility from clients

Can easily assess the needs of the client and match the business benefits our services can provide during exploratory calls and follow ups.

Organizational Skills, B2B Experience, Presentation Skills, Multi-Level Selling Management to C-Suite

You are used to supporting and leading customers' thoughts forward regarding both strategies and business and operational development, preferably from a digital perspective.

Are effective at reaching out to potential clients via phone/email to pitch our digital solutions, book appointments, and close/win opportunities.

Experience working with computers and a tech-stack such as; Google Drive Tools, Google-Meet, a CRM such as HubSpot, Chat on WhatsApp or Slack and basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Meta etc.

You have a working phone, reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer.

At least 3+ years of consultative sales experience

Bi-weekly payouts

Each deal will range from $2,000 - $3,750 with 30-40% close rate. You should be able to close 2-3+ deals/week once your pipeline is fully filled.

Pay range: $75,000.00 - $186,000.00 per year
