- Presents and leads sessions, sprints, and stand up meetings based on Waterfall or Agile methodologies
- Manage system maintenance and ensure that all requests and enhancements are processed
- Charlotte, NC - REMOTE or HYBRID
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce support or analyst position
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Triple threat of people, business process, and IT
- CRM / CLM experience
- Vendor relationship management
- Experience working within a global team is a plus
