Warehouse Team Member
Location: Charlotte NC - RIGHT OFF I-85
Operational Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm
Status: Part Time / Full Time
Compensation: $15-$17/HR, depending on experience and availablity!

The Warehouse Team Members are responsible for the general upkeep and organization of the warehouse and show floor, while also managing inventory, communicating effectively with sales personnel, and ensuring all orders meet standards and timeline requirements
Essential Functions
Responsible for maintaining organization of shelves and displayed product
Efficiently aid in daily/weekly inventory counting
Responsible for the timely and effective restocking of inventory daily
Help maintain Sales Standards by assisting in price coding products
Help Maintain a clean work environment with daily cleaning tasks
Responsible for the unpacking and shelving of new products as they are received by the warehouse
Develop knowledge of all products sold by the company to ensure adequate preparation and packing of orders
Ability to timely pull products and pack and order for delivery or shipping
Provides white glove customer service to ensure that the customers are recognized properly and satisfied with their order and experience
Be able to assist any and all sales associates with checking back stock or pulling products during a sale
Competencies
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs above head without help or injury
Must have reliable transportation

Work Environment/Physical Demands
This job operates in a warehouse environment where the noise level can be loud. The employee is frequently exposed to fast-moving carts and bins throughout the warehouse. Frequent use of ladders, pallets, and lifts is also expected.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach, grab, and lift with hands and arms.
