We offer a wide range of unique home decor items, and textiles. The Merchant also carries a wide assortment of tableware and gifts such as candles and paper goods.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Associates. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

- Help customers with their purchasing decisions and offer appropriate upsell opportunities.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

- Stay updated on new products, trends to effectively communicate with customers.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with patience and professionalism.

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience.

- Passion for home decor, interior design, and/or gift items.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35lbs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
