Commercial Property ManagerCommercial real estate firm in Uptown is looking for a Commercial Property Manager. Regular business hours. Salary $65-75k, based on experience. Direct Hire.Responsibilities:1) Support for President, Leasing and Development Teamsa) Preparation of Lease LOI's, Lease Agreements, Land Purchase Contracts and Amendmentsb) Research trade area market demographics, Transportation, Market Compensationc) Research municipal fee structures, planning ordinances, overlay plansd) Prepare contract management schedules, critical dates, and calendaringe) Obtain proposals and quotes from consultants and contractorsf) Assist development team with acquiring/ ordering construction materials and equipmentg) Provide full administrative support for Leasing and Development actives, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence2) Assistant Property Manager (APM):a) Assist Property Manager with site visits/inspections, tenant meetingsb) Assist Property Manager with vendor meetings and correspondencec) Lease Administration actives, including abstracting leases, amendments and related documentsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree preferred.3+ years commercial property management experience required.Thorough understanding of commercial property management and accounting concepts.Strong understanding of Microsoft Office.Must be able to act and react to situations that arise on a daily basis, representing the interests of owners and tenants in a professional manner.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
