Seeking experienced Community Manager for Statesville apartment community. Part-time or full-time position, flexible hours, competitive pay, and company benefits The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the apartment community which include helping existing residents, assigning work orders and apartment turnovers/make-readies, qualifying prospective residents, and making new leases.
The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, affordable housing, sales, business/office management, goal setting and outcome measurement, and/or employee supervision. Our company will offer education and training opportunities to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
- Resident Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents; address and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Leasing & Marketing: Drive leasing efforts through effective marketing strategies, conducting property tours, and following up with potential residents.
- Maintenance Management: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient handling of repair requests and property upkeep.
- Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel. Provide training and performance evaluations as needed.
