Apartment Community Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Apartment Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Statesville apartment community. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the property, enhancing resident satisfaction, and meeting financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.

Resident Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents; address and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Leasing & Marketing: Drive leasing efforts through effective marketing strategies, conducting property tours, and following up with potential residents.

Maintenance Management: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient handling of repair requests and property upkeep.

Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and safety standards.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel. Provide training and performance evaluations as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably in residential communities.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Certifications: Relevant property management certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM) are a plus.

Personal Traits: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to excellent customer service and community-building.
