We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation in our long-term rental.
The responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
Ultimately, you will help us to create a clean, safe, affordable and centrally located place.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Restock snacks/drinks/all store items
(Please provide inventory count every Friday)
Count drawer prior to start/ending with $50 in drawer at all times
(drop rest of money in safe)
Unlock-lock lobby
Play music always
Walk property for vacant room check
(Confirm all rooms are vacant give list to Management)
Update all residents rent to current (take rent payments)
(If behind on rent please make a list of who and give it to management )
Make sure all residents' information is updated in the system.

Prior to any check in receive all future resident information and transfer it to management to reach out:

Always keep room occupancy up-to-date regarding new move-in, and move outs
