Role Description
We are expanding our team and seeking an Administrative Assistant for our North Carolina office. This full-time, on-site role involves various responsibilities within office administration. Previous experience is not necessary; we prioritize candidates who are highly dependable and responsible.
The Administrative Assistant will provide crucial support to the team, including answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, extensive data entry tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, limited office related errands, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Clerical skills
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other typical office software
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM
Comfortable with computer and tech equipment (cell phone, iPad etc.)
Working knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite
Demonstrates sensitivity and discretion regarding confidential information
Outstanding ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete tasks
Must be punctual, assertive, and reliable
Must be able to pass a drug test, job task, and physical
