Client Service Specialist/Scheduler

Mr. Refurbisher is seeking an oriented scheduling and client service specialist to schedule and support our commercial clients in an effiecient and accurate manner, while driving sales. You will serve as the primary contact for our commercial clients and setting the tone for an excellent experience.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the following characteristics and skills:

Good listener with a customer orientated approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work while maintaining strong attention to detail

Creative problem-solving skills

High level of integrity and self-motivation

Drive to meet or exceed established goals

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Answer incoming calls for our commercial department and place outgoing calls to schedule appointments as well as provide excellent customer service

Answer and return text messages from clients and detailers

Maintain real-time information in the dispatch system

Update detailers via internal systems, phone and/or text about changes

Develop and maintain thorough understanding of company’s products and services

Explain company products and services to clients

Provide problem solving for internal and external issues

Leverage client interaction and identify opportunities to sell add-on services

Provide thorough and prompt client follow-up through issue resolution & closure

Ensure clear and frequent communication with client

Solicit client feedback and integrate into work as appropriate

Compile and submit reports as requested

Provide input into process and service improvement and development

Requirements:

Proven experience providing client service in a fast-paced environment for at least 6 months

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Customer service orientation

Proficiency in English

Computer and mobile device proficiency

Experience in inside sales preferred
