A fast-paced commercial real estate appraisal firm located in Uptown Charlotte is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support the President of the company. This is a dynamic role offering a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for growth, with the flexibility to work remotely for much of the week.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Preparing proposals and engagement letters for clients
Communicating with clients regarding proposal status and appraisal deliveries
Setting up work files and scheduling inspections for new assignments
Proofreading and reviewing completed appraisals for accuracy and professionalism
Distributing final reports and invoices to clients
Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new staff
Coordinating and designing tables/booths for local and regional real estate trade shows
Providing general administrative support to the President and appraisal team
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience (real estate, legal, or finance industry preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic file management
Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
Experience with proofreading or editing documents is a plus
Schedule & Work Environment:
Full-time or part-time options available

Remote work is possible for most tasks, though occasional in-person meetings or events may be required
