We are a luxury chauffeur transportation company hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant. We are looking for someone with a great go-getter personality, strong leadership skills, and someone who is excellent at customer service and working with people. Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office/Excel/ Powerpoint and Computers. Requires the ability to swiftly solve problems, analyze issues, and communicate professionally with high-profile clients as well as a willingness to learn. If you are willing to step by step, the opportunity exists to grow with a fast-paced company. This position is responsible for communication with clients via phone, but primarily through high-volume e-mail. This is a time-sensitive, task-oriented, and accuracy-focused position, that demands the candidate consistently provide world-class customer service to everyone. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and quality of work in a fast-paced environment.
