Mechanical Assembler (Rock Hill)

Multiple open positions for a world-class manufacturer of transaxles that consists of a combination transmission and rear axles in small tractors and utility vehicles. These positions are fast paced production jobs that will require candidates to work in manufacturing setting and assemble Transaxles. This is not an extremely technical job but will require someone with mechanical aptitude that can stand on their feet for 10 hour shifts, up to 6 days a week.Duties include but are not limited to: - Using written instructions and drawings as guides to assemble parts - MUST be familiar with using hand tools and pneumatic tools - Check finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained - This is a production driven environment and is fast paced - Candidates will be standing at the assembly station taking parts and assembling the transaxles per requirements - Once they complete their portion of the assembly, the product moves down the line to the next station - Quality and Attention to Detail are critical About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
