We are seeking an experienced technical sewist with extensive technical knowledge in all aspects of sample garment making, prototype development, and finishing.
CLT METRO ONLY. Ok to work in your own space, but must be willing/able to meet at our studio as needed.
Must have:
Impeccable attention to detail
Positive attitude and desire to be part of a team
Ability to bring concepts to life through sewing and finishing
Experience in the commercial garment manufacturing lifecycle
Flexible schedule and ability to work on a contract/as needed basis
Pay commensurate with experience
Garment samples required for interview
Must be proficient in sewing all fabric types including knits, wovens
Must have own commercial sewing equipment including sewing machine, serger/overlock
Must be willing to teach others/lead a team as role progresses
