Role Description
The Travel Booking Specialist/Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, including researching and booking travel arrangements, providing recommendations based on preferences and budgets, and coordinating logistics for travel events.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be a citizen of (or authorized to work in) the United States or Mexico.
Must have a reliable internet connection, computer and/or smartphone.
Must be available to attend live and recorded webinars and meetings.
Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and adapt.
Must be able to work independently, but willing to ask for help and guidance when needed.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Experience with online research travel booking
Interest in learning about popular travel destinations, attractions, and accommodations.
Experience with remote learning and Zoom.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in travel industry, sales, or hospitality is a plus
Experience with social media, marketing, and lead generation is a plus, but not required as we provide training.
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with team, company, and clients.
Determine the clients’ wants, needs, preferences, and budget for their trip.
Research, organize, and provide quote options to clients.
Book all travel plans as needed by clients. This may include booking: Hotel stays, Resorts, Car Rentals, Airport transfers, Airfare, Cruises, Tours and Activities, Concert/Sporting/Event tickets, and more.
Create Itineraries, Travel confirmation documents and Invoices for clients.
Stay up to date with Travel Industry changes and Travel Restrictions
