Job Posting: Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Mint Hill / Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Pay: $25–$50 per hour (based on experience)
Work Environment: In-office only
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our team! This part-time position requires working two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from our office in the Mint Hill/Charlotte area.
Responsibilities:
Set up and manage various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and schedule engaging posts and content
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
Track performance and provide insights and recommendations
Help grow our online presence and brand voice
Requirements:
Must work on-site at our Mint Hill/Charlotte office
Must have reliable transportation
Proven experience setting up and managing social media platforms
Strong understanding of social media trends and tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
