Full Time Position: Carpenter, Installer
Compensation: $20-25/ hour starting pay based on experience. Weekly pay period.

Paid Holidays after 30-day review period. (Christmas, New Year, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
Paid Vacation days after 1 year of employment. 1 Year = 5 days PTO. 2 Year = 10 days. 3 Year = 15 days. 4 Years = 15 days. 5 Years = 20 days (max).
We are the local authorized Stiltz dealer, installing Stiltz brand home lifts aka residential elevators. We cut the hole in the floor, do the structural framing, finish any drywall damaged, trim and paint, and install the lift itself. The lift is to be seamlessly integrated into the home. Check out the pictures to see some of our installations.
We will teach you how to install the lift. All power and specialty tools are provided. Indoor work only, no rainy days! This is a great opportunity for the right individual with existing relevant skills who wants to learn something new. We have awesome clients and steady work year-round, growing year over year.
Must be willing to work out of town! Our territory is an approximate 3-hour radius of Charlotte, NC. We often work in cities such as Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Greenville, etc. We compensate $150/night per diem for any night you must stay out of town for work (approx. 2-hour + drive to jobsite). You will be responsible for acquiring your own nightly accommodation, hotel, food, etc. Per diem is paid weekly.
Company vehicle and gas provided after 30-day review period; you must be able to be insured to drive a company vehicle. Clean driving record required! Until the 30-day review period is finished, you must use your own vehicle OR meet us at our shop in Concord, NC and ride with us to the jobsite. If you use your own vehicle during the review period, mileage will be compensated.
