Part-time cleaners and General labor help needed. Pay range $13-$15 per hour.
Part-time cleaners: needed for apartments located in Bessemer City. Cleaning responsibilities will include cleaning the kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, cleaning cabinets-inside and outside dusting, cleaning windows, bathrooms, and sweeping and mopping floors (cleaning of entire apartment unit). This is for commercial cleaning. Must be okay with working in construction site environment. Previous experience in construction environment is preferred, but not required.
Great attention to detail is required. Must have experience cleaning glass/windows without leaving smears/smudges.
General Labor: We are looking for capable and reliable general laborers. You will help with construction clean-up, load / unload materials, and assist with demolition work. Some heavy lifting may be required at times. You will be required to know tooling to assist foreman with some job assignments.
