Part-Time Help Wanted – Amazon/Walmart Orders + Online Listings (Concord, NC)
Join our eCommerce team! We're looking for part-time assistants to help prepare orders for Amazon and Walmart, and assist with creating online listings. Flexible hours, $17–$25/hr based on experience and the chance to grow with us. Located near Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC.
We’re a fast-moving eCommerce business selling on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, and we’re looking for part-time help in two key areas: fulfillment prep and online marketplace listings. This is a hands-on role based out of our office in Concord, NC — just a mile from the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
FULFILLMENT PREP
– Pull items for shipment based on pick lists
– Apply barcodes to each product, matching exact variants (e.g., makeup shades)
– Bubble wrap and package items securely
– Double-check for accuracy when labeling
ONLINE LISTINGS
– Create and update product listings on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
– Ensure accurate product details, categories, and images
– Help optimize listings for visibility and conversion
– Identify duplicate or incorrect listings and assist in cleanup
BONUS POINTS IF YOU:
– Have experience prepping for Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, or have worked at a 3PL/prep center
– Are familiar with creating and managing listings on eCommerce platforms
– Are highly organized or enjoy organizing — we’re looking for someone who can help rebuild and streamline it from the ground up
– Can think on your feet and suggest better ways to improve daily processes
– Are detail-oriented, punctual, and proactive in asking questions

– Pay: $17–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill set
